Unit 2B Notes: Situational Graphs
This part of the unit was really a part of the previous unit, but I thought it would be best as it's own smaller unit. We will be assessing your understanding on this unit on Friday, October 11th.
Situational Graphs are graphs used to represent trends related to real world situations. We should be able to look at how the x values and y values relate to each other to describe what real-life situations could be represented by the graph. This seems to be a simple concept, but there are many different real world situations that can be represented by a graph. Remember, this is still a comparison between two different values, so the labeling of the axes will be important.
